If you opt in to our FrontRow Fans SMS messaging program, we collect the following information:
This information is used solely to administer the SMS messaging program, send you the messages you have consented to receive, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If you have opted in to our FrontRow Fans SMS messaging program, we process your mobile phone number to send you recurring promotional text messages including game-day alerts, live event invitations at participating food and beverage locations, free-to-play sports game notifications (such as Live Sports Bingo), weekly prize drawing announcements, and special offers or discounts at our client locations. You will receive up to 8 SMS messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt in to receive FrontRow Fans messages by entering your mobile phone number on our website form and checking the consent checkbox, or by texting the keyword JOIN to (857) 353-8669. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@frontrowsports.io.
Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
