FrontRow Fans Messaging Terms of Service

FrontRow Sports, Inc. ("FrontRow Sports," "we," "us," or "our") operates two FrontRow Fans mobile messaging programs, described below. By opting in to either program, you agree to the terms below. The programs are operationally distinct — different senders, different opt-in mechanisms, different message content — and your enrollment in each is independent.

(A) FrontRow Fans Game-Day Messaging

1. Program Description

FrontRow Fans Game-Day Messaging is a mobile messaging program that delivers game-day notifications to fans who have opted in via the FrontRow Fans WebCard at participating venues.

When you opt in, you will receive:

Messages are delivered via Rich Communication Services (RCS) where supported by your device and carrier, and via SMS otherwise.

2. Consent & Opt-In

You may opt in to this program at the FrontRow Fans WebCard, accessible via frontrowfans.team at participating venues. Opt-in requires:

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your favorited teams' schedules. Typically 5 to 8 pre-game reminders per week (single-team / single-league fans receive fewer; multi-team / multi-league fans may receive more during overlapping seasons) plus 1 post-game recap per game you play. Volume is tied to your sports interests, not to a fixed marketing schedule.

4. Opt-Out

You may cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to the last message received from us, or opt in again at frontrowfans.team.

(B) FrontRow Fans Promotional SMS (Legacy)

1. Program Description

FrontRow Fans Promotional SMS is the legacy promotional SMS messaging program operated by FrontRow Sports, Inc. that pre-dates the FrontRow Fans Game-Day Messaging program (A) above.

When you opt in, you will receive recurring promotional text messages including game-day alerts, live event invitations at participating food and beverage locations ("FanClubs"), free-to-play sports game notifications (such as Live Sports Bingo), prize drawing announcements, and special offers or discounts at FanClubs.

Messages are delivered via SMS only.

You may opt in to this program by:

3. Message Frequency

You will receive up to 8 SMS messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on sports seasons, events, and promotions.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

(C) Provisions Common to Both Programs

1. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent to you and from you, in either program. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

2. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

3. Privacy & Data Sharing

Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data — for either program — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

4. Cross-Program Independence

Enrollment in one program does not enroll you in the other. Opting out of one program (via STOP) does not opt you out of the other. To opt out of both, send STOP to each sender independently. To opt in to both, follow each program's opt-in mechanism independently.

5. Eligibility

These programs are intended for users in the United States who are at least 18 years old.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes to either program will be communicated in advance to current subscribers of that program.
